These clients were getting ready to put this house in the market , and recognized that an updated master bath would increase their property value. We removed all the outdated tile (two layers!) The tub was converted to a large walk-in shower with high-end plumbing fixtures. The single pedestal sink was upgraded to a double vanity with new lighting and mirrors.
