This unique house built by a local sports icon had so many unique features that we preserved and accentuated while updating almost every room to function for a modern family.
The major changes came with the kitchen remodel: new cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting, tile, and a pizza oven! The great room got a bright facelift with plaster walls to cover the brick, and a sleek modern fireplace.
We also custom fit a wine rack and bar for all the fabulous parties this homeowner will host! We updated a guest bedroom and bathroom. The new custom stained glass side lights at the front door look like they should have been there all along! We cleaned up and repaired many other areas of this home that had fallen into disrepair and updated the lighting and flooring throughout.
This home is ready for another lifetime of hosting warm gatherings!
