This Kirkwood family got a whole new house without having to move! The addition on the back holds a new kitchen and master suite, and the dormer gave the kids room to grow in their bedrooms and added a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There is also a full basement for more room to grow below! On top of all that, we completely updated the entire house with new flooring, laundry on the main level, a fireplace, refinishing the stairs, and fresh paint. The exterior got a new roof, siding, gutters and trim.
